Bruce is a founder of Fields Financial Planning. He has over 20 years of experience in employee benefits and business consulting.  

Bruce was Vice President of Human Resources for Nordson Corporation for 21 years. He has extensive experience with both qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, as well as employee life and health insurance programs. One of the parts of his career he enjoyed most was counseling employees on their career and retirement choices. Bruce utilizes both his formal education and practical experience in assisting families and small business owners with consulting strategies.
